Cadence Sinclair Eastman, is the heiress to her grandfather’s fortune, doing business she never quite tried to understand. We were Liars text by Emily Lockhart begins when she was 15-years-old. She is on her grandfather’s private island just off the coast of Cape Cod. But suffers a head injury.
Cady vacations on a beechwood yearly with her mother, aunts, and most importantly the other liars: Mirren and Jonny, her two cousins and Gat Patil. Aunty Carrie’s boyfriend, liar nephew.
As we progress, two years later, Cadence is trying to regain her lost memories from the day of the accident. She battles terrible headaches, a brain that refuses to function properly and family members not speaking of the taboo subject.
